They’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive delivery, uplift engineering standards, and lead a high-performing team building modern, scalable products.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable, customer-facing SaaS products
- Own technical direction, delivery, and engineering standards within your squad
- Coach and mentor engineers (performance, growth, capability uplift)
- Work closely with product and architecture to deliver high-impact features
- Drive best practices across performance, security, testing, and CI/CD
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams (approx. 4-6 Engineers)
- Strong hands-on capability across full-stack development
- Tech exposure across:
- C# / .Net / .Net Core
- React / modern frontend frameworks
- Java nice to have
- Microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalability
- Comfortable operating in a product-led, agile environment
