We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support a major Space Productivity Program, focused on improving planogram compliance and optimising in-store space utilisation across a national retail network.
This role sits at the centre of a multi-phase Smart Planogram Initiative, partnering closely with operations, data, and merchandising teams to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with store formats.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse and map complex data sets between planogram systems and store layouts.
- Validate business requirements and ensure planogram compliance throughout each delivery phase.
- Integrate, interpret, and reconcile Blue Yonder (or similar) planogram data.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements and resolve data or system issues.
- Support data-driven decision making by digging into technical structures and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
What we’re looking for
- Strong BA background with a focus on technical data analysis.
- Experience with Blue Yonder, JDA, or comparable merchandising/planogram systems.
- Ability to understand data structures, system behaviour, and downstream impacts.
- Skilled stakeholder engagement across operations, technology, and store teams.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident troubleshooting complex data challenges.
