The Role As a senior technical leader, you’ll help guide architectural decisions, support engineering teams and drive the delivery of scalable, reliable systems. You’ll work closely with product, design and engineering teams to ensure technology solutions support both customer experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across engineering teams
- Design and evolve scalable, high-performance systems
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices
- Identify and resolve long-term technical challenges and risks
- Support best practices across coding, testing, security and DevOps
- Collaborate with product and design to improve delivery across the full product lifecycle
- Ensure systems are reliable, well monitored and maintainable
About You
- Proven experience as a Staff, Principal or Senior Engineer
- Strong background in distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
- Track record mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Ability to connect engineering work with customer and business outcomes
