Project Manager – Digital & Technology (Healthcare)
My client is a leading not-for-profit healthcare organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. I’m looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital and ICT initiatives — including ITAM and CMDB platforms — that support safer, more connected, patient-centred care across a large, multi-site network.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of digital and ICT projects, from business case to benefits realisation
  • Delivering ITAM tools and CMDB platforms, and supporting asset lifecycle operations
  • Managing project budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement alignment
  • Applying structured delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK)
  • Maintaining project artefacts and reporting to governance forums
  • Building and leading cross-functional teams, including mentoring coordinators
  • Engaging clinical, corporate, and digital stakeholders to shape scope and alignment

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in digital health, ICT, or clinical ICT project management
  • Proven delivery of multi-stakeholder and clinical system projects, on time and on budget
  • Experience delivering ITAM tools and CMDB platforms (e.g. ITSM HAM/SAM)
  • Strong data quality, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Skills in governance, risk, procurement, and financial tracking
  • Proficiency with tools such as Planview, MS Project, JIRA, and DevOps
  • Formal PM certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM) and a relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • ITIL Foundation certification and hospital workflow knowledge are a plus
