This role supports a major Sales & Service transformation program, focused on establishing omnichannel and telephony as a core operational capability.Current telephony platforms across ANZ and Asia are fragmented and no longer fit for purpose, creating risk and limiting future capability.
The program is moving to a single, unified telephony solution across all markets.
Initial options and high-level requirements have been identified; this role will now lead detailed delivery planning, vendor assessment, contract negotiations and implementation planning.
You’ll work closely with program leadership and a wide range of stakeholders across Sales, Service, Technology, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, Enterprise Architecture and external vendors.
What you’ll bring We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong telephony and omnichannel experience who can lead a complex, multi-market implementation.
