Senior Program Manager – Supply Chain Transformation This is a high-impact Program Manager role leading a multi-year, enterprise-scale supply chain transformation across one of Australia’s most recognised retail environments.
You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of a complex WMS program across multiple sites, driving real outcomes across operations, technology, and commercial performance.
This is hands-on program leadership — not just governance. You’ll lead from the front, align senior stakeholders, and land outcomes across a multi-vendor environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a large-scale WMS transformation across multiple distribution centres
- Own program delivery end-to-end — roadmap, governance, financials, and execution
- Drive multi-stream delivery across tech, supply chain, finance, and vendors
- Manage executive stakeholders (GM, CIO level) and steer key program decisions
- Oversee site rollouts, cutovers, and operational readiness
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering large-scale supply chain / WMS programs
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, and fulfilment
- Experience running multi-year, multi-site enterprise programs ($30M+)
- Ability to lead vendors, manage complexity, and drive outcomes
- Confident engaging at exec level and leading SteerCos
