The Role
The Senior Business Analyst will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, multi-country HCM payroll project. With a deep understanding of HCM payroll systems and processes, this role will require a proactive individual with strong stakeholder management, and execution skills.
To be successful in this role
- In depth Payroll implementation experience as a Senior BA
- Requirements gathering/validation, RFP & Vendor Selection, will be involved in systems implementation and be across solution design/config, testing requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
- System Configuration: Oversee the configuration of the payroll system
- Testing and Validation
- Training and Support
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in HCM payroll projects, preferably in a multi-country environment. Experience with RFP processes and vendor selection.
- Technical skills: Deep understanding of HCM payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
