Senior Business Analyst- Loyalty

Our client is one of Australia’s most “trusted brands” and a very successful retail giant.

This is a newly created position for a Senior Business Analyst to join the loyalty team in the discovery phase of a new program of work.

You’ll help to:

• Show Flybuys points across product pages
• Enable OnePass connectivity within digital platforms
• Drive personalisation, segmentation and martech initiatives
• Collaborate across website and app development teams
• Translate business requirements into clear technical implications
• Work closely with external loyalty partners and internal product squads

We’re after someone who’s worked in digital or eCommerce environments, understands how APIs and integrations connect the dots, and is confident managing delivery through Jira and agile ways of working.

This role requires at least 5 years experience within a similar role.
