Senior Business Analyst- AI

We’re looking for someone who loves turning big ideas into real results. As our Senior AI Business Analyst, you’ll be right in the middle of our AI transformation—making processes smarter, helping teams get the most out of new tools, and keeping things moving from concept to delivery.

You’ll be working closely with people across the business to figure out what they need, turning that into practical plans, and making sure we’re measuring the wins along the way. Some days it’s rethinking how work gets done, other days it’s rolling up your sleeves to embed change and get everyone on board.

We think you’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Strong experience in business process analysis and large-scale tech programs
• The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• A genuine interest in AI and how it can create real business value
• Sharp problem-solving skills and a knack for making sense of data and insights
• Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Workday, marketing automation, or conversational AI tools
