We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead key process automation and Workday optimisation initiatives within a large enterprise People & Culture function. The focus is on improving employee movement processes, enhancing manager self-service, and aligning P&C workflows across regions.
What you’ll be working on
• Analysing and redesigning movement-related processes (change job, transfers, internal mobility)
• Supporting rollout of manager self-service and consistent APAC/regional alignment
• Identifying automation opportunities across P&C processes
• Documenting requirements, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitating workshops with HR Ops, HRBPs, People Tech and cross-functional teams
• Supporting test planning, test cases and UAT
• Contributing to change management and training
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience in P&C transformation or HR tech projects
• Strong Workday HCM knowledge
• Proven skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and solution design
• Experience working with HR stakeholders, tech teams and vendors
• Strong ability to collaborate, present findings and drive outcomes
