A major retail enterprise is taking its first step into Oracle Cloud (Oracle Fusion), beginning with core procurement and EPM modules. This is a genuine transformation program not an optimisation piece moving off legacy systems and running alongside a larger retail transformation. The work moves at pace, with real cross-dependencies and senior stakeholder exposure.
What the role involves
- Working across program workshops with SI partner SMEs, the enterprise architecture group and functional stakeholders to capture and document requirements
- Building as-is and to-be process maps end to end across affected business units
- Engaging a broad stakeholder group spanning finance, AP/AR, store development and property, store operations and the merchandise team
- Starting on the procurement workstream (source to pay, procure to pay), then transitioning to EPM as that phase comes online
- Supporting the program with coordination, setup and admin alongside the core BA work
What we’re looking for
- Strong program-level business analysis capability, with the confidence to work across senior and technical stakeholders
- Experience producing detailed requirements and process mapping on transformation programs
- Some project coordination capability to support the PM when needed
- Oracle Cloud or on-prem experience is a strong advantage — particularly across procurement or EPM; direct implementation experience is ideal
- Capability and approach matter more than an exact match on Oracle experience
- A flexible, collaborative working style with the willingness to flex around what the program needs
If this role is of interest and you have the skills above please send through a copy of your CV.
