We’re partnering with a leading retail organisation on a major supply chain transformation program and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support key order management and transport fulfilment initiatives.
This role will work closely with operations, product and engineering teams to improve end-to-end fulfilment capabilities, streamline workflows and support delivery across a complex logistics environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather and document requirements across OMS and transport fulfilment processes
- Map current and future state workflows across supply chain operations
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and product teams to support delivery outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across operations and technology
- Support UAT planning, coordination and execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Business Analyst experience within supply chain, logistics or retail
- Exposure to order management, fulfilment or transport operations
- Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Experience working across integration-heavy programs
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Manhattan Associates WMS or similar platforms
- Large-scale transformation program experience
- Warehouse, inventory or last-mile delivery exposure
