Business Analyst – Platform Transformation

We’re working with a large enterprise organisation undergoing a significant platform transformation, looking to bring on a Business Analyst to join a high-performing delivery team.
This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the delivery of a large-scale, global platform initiative. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and key stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, prioritised, delivery-ready outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Gather, validate and document business and system requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and delivery-ready tasks
- Define clear acceptance criteria to support development and testing
- Manage and prioritise backlog items aligned to delivery goals
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies
- Analyse processes, dependencies and opportunities for improvement
- Create clear documentation and artefacts to support delivery
- Partner closely with engineers to clarify requirements and remove ambiguity
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology delivery environment
- Strong Agile experience, ideally within platform or product-led teams
- Solid backlog management and requirements lifecycle capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Confident communicator who can influence across technical and business teams
- Experience working on large-scale or transformation programs is highly regarded
