Iterate is partnering with a well-known Australian organisation currently undertaking a critical Workforce Management transformation program, migrating from Kronos to Humanforce ahead of a hard end-of-life deadline.
This is a high-stakes project already under delivery pressure and requires a seasoned Project Manager who can quickly establish structure, tighten governance, and drive execution across a complex stakeholder environment.
The program includes:
• Migration from Kronos to Humanforce
• Complex Australian Enterprise Agreements & payroll compliance requirements
• Manufacturing workforce environments with clock on/off technology
• Significant backend integration, testing and operational readiness activity
Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, testing, deployment and hypercare
• Establish strong governance, RAID/CRAID management and delivery cadence
• Manage vendors, business stakeholders and technical teams across a complex environment
• Drive stakeholder engagement and escalation management in a fast-paced delivery setting
• Ensure payroll and workforce compliance risks are identified and mitigated through rigorous testing and controls
To be successful, you will have:
• Proven experience delivering Workforce Management / Time & Attendance transformation projects
• Experience within manufacturing, industrial or unionised workforce environments
• Strong understanding of Australian Enterprise Agreements and payroll compliance impacts
• Experience delivering projects involving clock on/off technology integrations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, at-risk delivery environments

• Initial 6-month contract with likely extension through Christmas
