Lead two high-impact initiatives across customer experience and digital transformation in a large-scale retail environment. This is a hands-on delivery role driving real outcomes across stores and business platforms.
The Role You’ll own end-to-end delivery across two key workstreams:
Customer Care / Contact Centre (CCC)
- Deliver a centralised contact centre POC across multiple stores
- Drive coordination across business, tech, and operations
- Lead testing, readiness, and rollout execution
- Work across Salesforce / AWS contact centre environments
E-Procurement (B2B)
- Deliver Phase 1 of a major e-procurement rollout
- Oversee system integrations enabling automated ordering & invoicing
- Manage vendors and internal teams across integration streams
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects
- Strong contact centre / customer experience transformation exposure
- Salesforce and/or AWS (Connect) experience highly regarded
- Solid integration delivery (APIs, enterprise systems, vendors)
- Strong testing / UAT coordination capability
- Confident stakeholder management across business and technology
