The Role
- Own and manage detailed project plans, timelines and resource coordination
- Drive RAID management, risk mitigation and cross-functional dependencies
- Lead delivery governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Support and guide delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
About You
- Proven experience delivering CRM projects (Dynamics highly regarded)
- Strong background in large program or PMO environments
- Confident working in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe experience desirable)
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification desirable
