Our client is a well known Victorian Government body going through a major service transformation, with a focus on stronger digital services and smoother technology integrations across the organisation. They’re looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join the program.
This is a hands on role for someone who’s spent real time in the Power Platform ecosystem, particularly Power Pages, and is comfortable working across both the front end and the underlying CRM architecture.
What you’ll be doing
Designing, building and customising CRM solutions, workflows, fields, views, reports and dashboards. Developing custom Power Apps components and Power Automate flows used across the portal. Building and maintaining front end components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid Templates. Integrating Power Portals with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 and external systems via APIs and web services. Managing data migration, cleansing and ongoing data quality within the CRM. Troubleshooting performance issues and documenting configurations for the wider team.
What you’ll bring
6+ years as a CRM Developer, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365. At least 3 years working with Power Apps Portals/Pages, including front end integration. Strong front end development skills, with a portfolio showing reusable component work. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP and general web services. Solid grounding in Agile ways of working. A relevant CRM certification is a plus, though not essential.
