Observability Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Perth | Immediate Start
 
We’re looking for a hands-on Observability Engineer to join a fast-moving team and make a real impact fast.
This isn’t a build-from-scratch role. The data largely exists. Your job is to surface it meaningfully.
 
What you’ll be doing:
Working directly with business stakeholders to understand what they actually need to see, then building dashboards in Grafana and Elastic that are functional, purposeful, and used. There may be some data ingestion work, and exposure to Rundeck, PagerDuty, or Dynatrace depending on how the engagement evolves.
 
You’ll hit the ground running if you have:

• Solid Grafana and/or Elastic dashboarding experience
• The ability to translate business requirements into monitoring that means something
• Comfort working with existing logging and metrics platforms — query, visualise, iterate
• Strong stakeholder communication skills (you’ll be speaking to people, not just pipelines)
