About the role
 
This role sits within a central content team and focuses on creating content that moves customers through key digital journeys and supports acquisition and product adoption.

You’ll work across web, email and digital channels, crafting content that is clear, useful and designed to drive customer action. The role balances content craft with a strong understanding of how content influences behaviour across the funnel.


It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly in content systems, shaping messaging and continuously improving how digital content performs.


Responsibilities

  • Create and optimise conversion-focused content across digital channels
  • Produce content for landing pages, product pages, email, guides and FAQs
  • Structure content across different stages of the customer journey
  • Build and publish content directly within CMS platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to support campaigns and product initiatives
  • Use insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness

About you

  • You’re a digital content specialist who understands how content supports customer journeys and drives action.
  • You’re comfortable writing across long and short form content, working directly in CMS platforms and collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product and digital teams.
  • You enjoy being hands-on with delivery, and you’re interested in how content, data and emerging tools like AI can improve the way digital experiences are created and optimised.
