The role

As Group Product Manager you’ll be responsible for defining and executing the Martech strategy that powers personalised marketing and omnichannel engagement. You’ll play a pivotal role in modernising marketing platforms and data capabilities, working closely with marketing, engineering, and digital teams to deliver scalable, connected customer experiences. This is a greenfield role where you’ll establish foundations, set priorities, and eventually build out a team to drive delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the overarching product strategy for marketing technology across data, automation, and campaign execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and data to align technology capabilities with customer and commercial goals.
  • Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and optimisation of marketing platforms including CRM, CDP, and analytics tools.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team focused on Martech capability uplift.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable product roadmaps that drive measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Deep experience in product leadership roles focused on Martech, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer data platforms, and digital campaign ecosystems.
  • Proven success leading transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organisations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery.
