A high-impact Engineering Manager role within a small, fast-moving team backed by a global tech environment. You’ll lead full-stack engineers responsible for a core platform powering online retail & ecommerce.
The Role
- Lead a team across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Drive technical direction and product delivery
- Own services, APIs, integrations, and UI components
- Ensure reliability, performance, observability, and secure engineering practices
- Partner closely with Product, Professional Services, and global engineering teams
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent
About You
- Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader or Engineering Manager
- 8+ years in web application engineering, including managing teams of 6+ – ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Strong skills in C#, .Net, and AWS
- Go, Ruby & Rust along with other languages will be highly regarded
- Experience with Azure, AKS, cloud-native systems, and OWASP-aligned security
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management
- Pragmatic, collaborative, and passionate about building high-performing teams
