Delivery Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech)
We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a high-performing technical team, shape MarTech strategy, and deliver platforms that power meaningful customer engagement.

Your role:
- Own strategy, roadmap, and platform adoption for key MarTech capabilities
- Lead and coach a technical delivery team, including sourcing partners and offshore teams
- Oversee delivery of software releases, ensuring quality, security, and value realisation
- Partner with business leaders to define scope, requirements, and delivery outcomes
- Foster continuous improvement in delivery practices, metrics, and ways of working
What you’ll bring:
- Proven track record in delivering and maturing MarTech solutions (Adobe AEP a plus)
- Strong leadership in agile environments with a focus on engineering excellence
- Experience with Adobe, SFMC, AWS, and full-stack development advantageous
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and people leadership skills
