R&D Lead – SaaS Delivery Lead Join a high-performing SaaS team driving large-scale enterprise implementations while owning critical production support. This is a hybrid role blending delivery leadership with real-time operational oversight.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations, integrations and consulting engagements
- Manage scope, timelines, risks and resources across multiple projects
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement across support processes
- Partner with engineering, product and QA to deliver quality outcomes
- Own stakeholder engagement and customer communication throughout delivery and support
What you bring
- Strong experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- Proven delivery background across complex, multi-stream environments
- Exposure to L3 support / incident management / production environments
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, integrations and enterprise systems
- Excellent stakeholder management – able to engage both technical teams and execs
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery + ITIL or similar frameworks
