Change Manager

We’re seeking a senior Change Manager to lead enterprise change and communications across major data and technology initiatives within a large digital organisation.
This role supports two concurrent programs: a data platform migration currently in delivery, and a second initiative introducing new processes and capabilities in discovery. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, managing stakeholder impact, and embedding sustainable change across data and analytics teams.
What you’ll do

• Lead change impact assessments across people, process, technology and operations
• Design and execute change and communications strategies and plans
• Drive enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement and adoption
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and leadership forums
• Partner with delivery leads, PMs, architects and analytics teams
• Track adoption, manage feedback and measure change outcomes

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years’ experience delivering change on large, complex data or technology programs
• Proven experience in data, analytics or digital transformation environments
• Strong enterprise stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and matrixed organisations
• Excellent communication, facilitation and reporting capability
