The role
- Facilitate business process and solution design workshops, working with a variety of technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive the creation of success factors that will be used to measure the outcomes of the pilot & proof of value activities. This includes defining ‘what’ we measure, and ‘how’ we measure success.
- Collaborate with other in-flight initiatives to leverage existing work (where applicable) and align on concurrent activities.
- Creation of user flows, journeys and documentation (where required).
- Contribute to the success of the overall project by identifying risks and issues and escalating as required, providing input into the regular status reporting and ensuring project timelines are met.
Important skills to bring
- Backlog management experience
- Story writing skills – good clear concise requirements and acceptance criteria
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Jira, confluence and Miro
- Experience working on mobile app projects
