Business Analyst – Digital & Retail Projects

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a leading retail group and help deliver a range of digital, ERP, and customer-facing projects.
You’ll work across multiple teams to define requirements, map processes, and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives that enhance operations and the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Run workshops and discovery sessions
• Create user stories, process flows, and to-be models
• Support UAT, QA, and change management
• Collaborate with vendors, delivery teams, and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ BA experience (retail, ERP, or eComm ideal)
• Strong stakeholder and documentation skills
• Agile experience and a delivery mindset
• Bonus: AP21, POS, or omni-channel experience
