What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer issues troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
- Use SQL to analyse data and pinpoint root causes.
- Contribute to improving support processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams on long-term fixes and system upgrades.
- Gain exposure to enterprise systems, networks, cloud, and automation tools.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
- Experience writing SQL whether from university, an internship, or a junior role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you’re confident speaking with customers and team members.
- A self-starter attitude, with curiosity and a hunger to learn.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a methodical approach.
